Hello GCOM 360 classmates!

**I have other blogs before this one because I've been using Blogger for awhile now**

Hi! My name is Sylvester Vang and I am a photographer, graphic designer, and dancer. The purpose for my blog is to inspire those that are lacking it, as well it is to get the assignment done :)
Also, the image below is a graphic that I did for a friend who is being sponsored by Kallusive Clothing Company.

And if you can check out my class blog here:

If you need a photoshoot, please, a two week contact would be great.
If you need a design, I'm going to send you a creative brief which you will have to fill out so I can get all the information at once.

Thank you.

Gotta love Nikon!

Though it may appear that I am a Nikon fan boy I have reasons. Well, one reason that towers all others. It is the high ISO performance. Check this photo out that I have taken with my Nikon d300 with the 85mm 1.8 attached at ISO 2000? The only light I had was from a mini lamp. Yes, I have altered the photo (contrast, brightness, saturation...) but have not controlled any settings that dealt with sharpness or noise. Also, in my opinion, I really like this shot. It may be because of all the difficulties that college English classes have put me through haha.

Enjoy :)

I had a link here but the link broke :(

Blinded by typography

Hello all! How are you on this wonderful, windy day in Sacramento? I hope you are all doing well! I have officially bought myself a typography book. Very exciting.
Here is an image of my friend Marcus Edralin along with some type.

Hope you enjoy! Take care!

Battle Night Flyer

They approved the flyer! But my buddy Sam Niver and I have collaborated together to create this design. Battle Night is a tradition that Stepboys Dance Crew and Cap. Roots have been putting together for the last months. It's a series of amazing battles where dancers are parred up and battle with pure skill. One memorable battle is of my best friend Sae Cha (Funky Fresh, Pandemonians, and instructor of Monsterz Inc.) and his dance teacher Jarrod Frazier (Box Cuttuhz, Press PLAY, TAT, and Funky Fresh). Here is the link to the video.

Thanks to my boy Retro from THUGS for recording this.

But here is the V.5 flyer of Battle Night.
